The idea for Feather Link was conceived in 2002 with the founding of the corporation in January of 2003.  Projects underway at that time were the Ecological Site Survey of the Penguins of Isla Noir, Rockhopper Penguin and Macaroni Penguin and involvement in increasing the awareness of Migratory Bird Days, sponsored by the National Audubon Society.  Plans to expand these and other programs were scheduled and were incorporated into Feather Link's five year plan.

Feather Link is based in Cincinnati, Ohio and targets individuals interested in the conservation of avifauna.  The region comprises the incorporated cities of Cincinnati, Ohio, along with Covington and Newport Kentucky.

With Feather Link's expertise in avian care and conservation-based research, we can create customized research programs that will invite our clients to become participants in informative conservation based programs.  Feather Link entices people to learn more about birds and bird conservation by imparting our passion for birds through example.
